What We Provide
CVstac is an online resume builder service that allows you to:
- Choose from professional resume templates
- Input and customize your personal and professional information
- Download your resume in PDF format for a one-time fee of ₹20
- Access ATS optimization features
User Responsibilities
Accurate Information
You are responsible for ensuring all information provided in your resume is accurate and truthful.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Lawful Use
You must use our service for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Payment
You agree to pay the applicable fees for resume downloads using our secure payment system.
Payment Terms
One-Time Payment Model
- Each resume download costs ₹20 (one-time payment)
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
- All fees are non-refundable as per our refund policy
Intellectual Property
Our Content
The CVstac service, including templates, designs, and software, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the personal information you provide in your resume. You grant us a limited license to use this information solely to provide the service to you.
Limitations & Disclaimers
- Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee job interviews or employment outcomes
- ATS optimization features are tools to improve, not guarantee results
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CVstac if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, but these terms will remain in effect.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
